José Manuel Passeiro

Nasceu em Coimbra, na Freguesia da Sé-Nova, em 22 de Fevereiro de 1961.
Estudou na Escola Primária de Eiras, no Ciclo Preparatório Martim de Freitas e na Escola Secundária Jaime Cortesão na mesma cidade.
Mais tarde tirou Gestão Hoteleira na Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Coimbra.
Foi Presidente da Direção do União Clube Eirense, Presidente da Junta de Freguesia de Eiras e Deputado da Assembleia Municipal de Coimbra.
Trabalha como Agente Comercial na área da Indústria.
