José Luis Corral

José Luis Corral Lafuente is undoubtedly the most successful Spanish author in the historical fiction genre. A professor of Medieval History, he has published two hundred books and articles, directed radio programs, and written scripts for radio and television. In 1992 he won the silver medal at the XXXIV New York International Film and Television Festival and was a historical advisor for the film. 1492 - Christopher Columbus by Ridley Scott.
