José Carlos Lourenço Martins

Doutor e mestre em Tecnologias e Sistemas de Informação pela Universidade do Minho, licenciou-se em Engenharia Informática na Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa, bem como em Ciências Militares na Academia Militar (AM). Seguiu estudos pós-graduados em Guerra de Informação/Competitive Intelligence e em Tratamento Estatístico de Dados nas Ciências Sociais, na AM e no Instituto Superior das Ciências do Trabalho e Empresas, respetivamente, contando também com certificações internacionais (e.g., Lead Implementer ISO/IEC 27001, Lead Manager da ISO/IEC 27002).
É atualmente docente na Academia Militar, no Instituto Politécnico da Lusofonia e partner da Feelsec Consulting.
