José Carlos Completo, nascido em Lisboa no ano de 1963, desde os 11 anos começou a escrever, encenar e representar peças de teatro. A nível profissional especializou-se em Comunicação e Marketing, tendo dirigido revistas, jornais e webtv’s. É ator e encenador, fundou companhias de teatro, é autor de vários livros e dedica grande parte do seu tempo a dar formação de escrita de livros, guiões para cinema e televisão e cursos de atores. É escuteiro desde os 11 anos, tendo chegado a chefe de várias seções e agrupamentos. É esta forte ligação ao Escutismo que o motivou à escrita da série juvenil Patrulha Lobo.
