José Antonio Cotrina

José Antonio Cotrina nasceu em Vitoria (Espanha), em 1972. Nos inícios dos anos 90, começou a publicar textos de fantasia, horror e ficção científica para todas as idades, que misturam o fantástico com o macabro, tendo a sua primeira obra de maior fôlego, Las Fuentes Perdidas, surgido em 2003. O Ciclo da Lua Vermelha, bem como a sua obra posterior La Canción Secreta del Mundo (A Canção Secreta do Mundo), são os seus trabalhos mais conhecidos. Entre os inúmeros prémios atribuídos à sua obra possui um Kelvin atribuído a Las Puertas del Infinito, que Cotrina co-escreveu com Víctor Conde. Também escreve e publica com Gabriella Campbell. Crónicas del Fin (Crónicas do Fim), um dos seus trabalhos conjuntos.
