José Alberto Rodrigues é professor-adjunto da Área Científica de Matemática do Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa e responsável pelas unidades curriculares de Análise Matemática I e II da licenciatura em Engenharia Civil. Foi investigador estagiário no Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique de Rocquencourt, em França, e assistente no Departamento de Matemática do Instituto Superior Técnico. É autor de diversas obras de Matemática para o ensino superior.
