Jorge Rocha

Jorge Rocha é professor de Genética e Biologia Humana na Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto, e investigador do Centro de Investigação em Biodiversidade e Recursos Genéticos (CIBIO) daquela Universidade.
Dedica-se ao estudo da diversidade genética e linguística de populações africanas para melhor conhecer a sua história. O seu trabalho levou-o a Cabo Verde, São Tomé e Príncipe, Angola, Moçambique, Namíbia, Botswana e Zimbabwe. O Caminho de Adis Abeba é o seu primeiro livro.
