Jorge Reis

Jorge Reis, pseudónimo de Atilano dos Reis Ambrósio, nasceu em Vila Franca de Xira, em 1926. A sua atividade política contra Salazar e o Estado Novo leva-o ao exílio, em Paris, onde irá travar conhecimento com grandes figuras das letras e desempenhará enorme atividade cultural.
Entre inúmeras iniciativas, foi o responsável e locutor de um programa na RTF para os emigrantes portugueses. Tem várias obras premiadas.
