Jorge Moreira nasceu em Paredes, em 1992. É licenciado em Ciências da Comuni cação e trabalha como redator criativo. Vive entre Lousada e Riga (Letónia). Em 2018 foi selecionado para a Mostra Nacional de Jovens Criadores com o conto "A Ilha Medieval". "O homem que diminuía" é o primeiro romance publicado pelo autor.
