Jorge A. Ramos nasceu em 1964, em Lisboa, Portugal, e trabalha com terapias complementares desde 1998. É licenciado em Psicologia, e em Linguística, e tem um Mestrado em Psicologia Clínica. É escritor, investigador, coproprietário do ICI - Instituto de Ciências Integradas, e é membro da Associação Americana de Psicologia.

Além disso, também é o cocriador (com a sua esposa) de novos conceitos, como o de meditaginação, projeção idealizada de sexo, frases homeostaticamente orientadas, membro sistémico fantasma, desencriptação linguística, vinculação fictiva, falha arcaica e protoesquema psíquico.

Jorge A. Ramos ama a ciência e os novos caminhos para o conhecimento interior. É apaixonado por futebol!
