John Phillips
John Phillips studied Ancient History and Archaeology at the University of Birmingham, England, after which he worked as an archaeologist at the Ironbridge Gorge Museum in Shropshire. He is currently a writer, editor, and critic, specializing in non-fiction for young people. He has written over one hundred books on the Second World War, the Victorians, pirates, biographies, ancient civilizations, and many other topics.
