João Reis Alves nasceu em Chaves, em 1995, e cresceu em Alcochete. Licenciado em Comunicação e Jornalismo pela Universidade Lusófona, foi jornalista estagiário no jornal Record, em 2016, passando para A Bola TV, de 2019 a 2020, ano em que chegou à CMTV. Foi «pau para toda a obra», cobrindo um leque variado de notícias, desde os crimes à saúde, até transitar para a secção de política do Correio da Manhã, que se revelou uma paixão jornalística. Depois de seis anos ininterruptos em redações, enveredou pela consultoria de comunicação, mas o bichinho da escrita e a vontade de contar histórias permanecem.
