É docente no ensino superior desde 2006, tendo lecionado em Portugal e no estrangeiro em instituições públicas e privadas nas áreas de Marketing, Gestão, Empreendedorismo e Comunicação. Desempenhou ainda ao longo de vários anos diferentes funções de direção, gestão e consultadoria em diversos setores de atividade. É detentor do Curso de Defesa Nacional conferido pelo IDN.
