João Moreira

Nasceu em 1990. É licenciado em Sociologia pelo ISCTE-IUL, mestre em História Contemporânea pela Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Coimbra, doutorado em História pelo ISCTE-IUL e, desde 2024, investigador integrado do CHAM-NOVA.
Ao longo do seu percurso académico e científico tem-se debruçado sobre a história dos intelectuais portugueses na segunda metade do século XX e sobre a história das organizações trotskistas portuguesas durante esse período.
Com a sua tese de doutoramento, João Moreira venceu ex aequo o Prémio Victor de Sá de História Contemporânea 2023 e o Prémio Mário Soares – Fundação EDP 2023. O autor é também professor de História do Ensino Básico e Secundário.
