João Morais Mourato

João Morais Mourato é investigador auxiliar e docente no ICS- ULisboa. Arquiteto (FA-UTLisboa) e PhD em Town Planning (Bartlett School-UCL). A sua investigação e docência centram-se na intersecção entre as áreas do ordenamento do território e das alterações climáticas. Investiga, em particular, a dinâmica de aprendizagem, adaptação e inovação institucional e governança territorial. Neste contexto, é atualmente consultor da Direção-Geral do Território -Ministério da Coesão Territorial e da Área Metropolitana de Lisboa.
No ICS-ULisboa é vice-coordenador do Observa e vice-coordenador do SHIFT — Grupo de Investigação Ambiente, Território e Sociedade.
