Sou o João Francisco Lima, nasci em Lisboa em 1998. Durante anos, fui atleta de alta competição e representei as seleções jovens lusas em râguebi. Tenho uma licenciatura em Gestão pela Nova SBE e um Mestrado em Marketing na RSM, na Holanda. Escolhi sair de Portugal e atualmente vivo em Dublin, na Irlanda, onde trabalho numa empresa tecnológica multinacional.
Considero a saúde mental, ser algo extremamente importante e nesse sentido, tenho advogado a nível nacional, pelo seu reconhecimento, como orador e mentor. Acredito que um estilo de vida ativo, a nível físico e mental seja a base de uma vida plena e que o acompanhamento psicológico, possa levar a momentos de reflexão e introspeção que são essenciais para a nossa felicidade.
