João Manuel Valente Bernardo da Silva nasceu em Abrantes - Portugal, no ano de 1992. Vive em Arreciadas. Começou a escrever aos dezoito anos e nunca mais parou.
Frequentou o curso Técnico de Qualidade, em Abrantes. Atualmente trabalha na empresa Victor Guedes S.A como Laboratory Support Technician.
É autor do livro SIGA e conta com uma participação na Antologia de Poesia Portuguesa Contemporânea - Entre o Sono e o Sonho Vol. VII.
