Joanna Teplin é fundadora, juntamente com Clea Shearer, da popular empresa de organização The Home Edit, criada em 2015, contando atualmente com 1,4 milhões de seguidores no Instagram. Entre os seus clientes, encontram-se nomes como Gwyneth Paltrow, Rachel Zoe e Reese Witherspoon, entre outros.
Conheceram-se através de uma amiga comum, e desde logo partilharam o gosto pelo planeamento doméstico que culminou na criação da empresa cujo objetivo é reinventar a organização tradicional e fundi-la com o design de interiores.
O seu trabalho já foi reconhecido e referenciado nas revistas Domino, People, Architectural Digest, no Today Show e até mesmo no site da Target. Vive com a família em Nashville, no Tennessee.
