Natural de Monte Real, Leiria, é Terapeuta da Fala, licenciada pela Escola Superior de Saúde do Instituto Politécnico de Leiria e especializada em Motricidade Orofacial pelo Instituto CRIAP. É também formada em Fonoestética e Disfagias Orofaríngeas. Foi Terapeuta da Fala e Responsável Técnica, em contexto hospitalar, até maio de 2022. Exerce a sua prática clínica em consultório privado e é mentora de terapeutas da fala, na área da sua especialização.
