Joana Quinta teve como formação académica Arquitectura, Design e outros caminhos das Artes Oficinais. Porém, desde miúda escrevia diariamente como se a introspecção, a observação do mundo de fora - e do de dentro - fossem as suas melhores companhias.
Escrever foi-se tornando uma actividade vital quase tão importante quanto respirar.
Há cerca de 10 anos surgiu o seu blog www.escreverhistorias100palavras.blogspot.pt, nascendo da necessidade de pôr ordem nos inúmeros papéis soltos, cadernos e rascunhos espalhados pela sua vida.

Mas a sua secretária onde diariamente debruça a sua alma sobre o papel continua visualmente em desalinho.
