Jessie Garcia é uma jornalista norte-americana premiada, com uma carreira de mais de 25 anos na televisão. Iniciou o percurso como repórter e pivot, tendo posteriormente assumido funções de direção. Atualmente, é diretora de informação da CBS.
É autora de dois livros de não-ficção — My Life with the Green and Gold e Going for Wisconsin Gold — ambos distinguidos com os Midwest Book Awards. O seu documentário Leaps and Bounds: The Men Who Changed Track and Field  foi exibido em mais de uma dezena de festivais de cinema. Jessie Garcia lecionou ainda jornalismo em quatro universidades.
Natural de Madison, Wisconsin, vive atualmente em Milwaukee com o marido, dois filhos adultos, um cão resgatado e um gato que, segundo a própria, «entrou um dia cá em casa e aqui ficou».
