Jennifer Haymore had an adventurous life as a child: she traveled the South Pacific with her family on a sailboat they built themselves. The months she spent at sea, sometimes calm, sometimes raging, ignited her love of adventure and romance. She worked in a bookstore and taught children, but always continued writing.
