Jean-Yves Ferri – Argumentista - Em 1996, publica o seu primeiro álbum de BD, Les Fables Autonomes (2 volumes publicados). Continua com as aventuras do seu polícia rural, Aimé Lacapelle, uma figura que haveria de tornar-se mítica no seio da Polícia Montada do Tarn, e de que serão publicados quatro álbuns entre 2000 e 2007.
Em 1995 conhece, em Paris, o seu futuro coautor para o desenho: Manu Larcenet. Este encontro leva à criação da célebre série Le Retour à la Terre, de que Ferri será o argumentista e que conta já com 7 volumes.
