Jean-Luc Lagarce

Jean-Luc Lagarce nasceu em Héricourt, França, a 14 de Fevereiro de 1956. Autor de uma vasta obra para teatro reunida em quatro volumes publicados na editora Les Solitaires Intempestifs (1999), escreveu ainda um ensaio, Théâtre et Pouvoir en Occident (2001), três textos em prosa, L'Apprentissage, Le Bain e Le Voyage à La Haye (2001) e vários artigos reunidos no volume Du Luxe et de l'Impuissance (1997). Encenador e co-fundador da companhia "Le Théâtre de la Roulotte" leva à cena, para além dos seus próprios textos, autores tão diversos como Kafka, Ionesco, Molière ou Wedekind. Morreu a 30 de Setembro de 1995.
