Exerce com distinção e reconhecimento a prestigiada profissão de Chef em várias cozinhas de destaque da capital francesa antes de se dedicar à sua segunda paixão, a fotografia. Dedicando-se paralelamente a esta atividade, especializa-se em fotografia de culinária e de viagem. Hoje em dia, percorre o mundo à procura de inspiração para ambas as áreas.
