Israel Campos

Israel Campos é um jornalista e escritor de Luanda, Angola. Iniciou a sua carreira nos media aos 12 anos, como locutor de programas infantis na Rádio Nacional de Angola. Atualmente, trabalha como jornalista freelancer para meios de comunicação internacionais como a Voz da América, BBC, Al Jazeera e Wall Street Journal, cobrindo temas como política, alterações climáticas e sociedade angolana.
Em maio de 2024, Campos venceu a primeira edição do "Prémio Liberdade de Imprensa", atribuído pelo Sindicato dos Jornalistas Angolanos, pela sua reportagem "As Viúvas da Seca em Angola", publicada pela Voz da América. O seu romance de estreia, E o Céu Mudou de Cor, foi publicado em 2023, tanto em Angola como em Portugal, e foi convidado a participar no prestigiado festival literário "Correntes D'Escritas", em Portugal.
