Isabel da Silveira Godinho

Licenciada em Filologia Germânica pela Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa onde frequentou também o curso de Ciências Pedagógicas. Voluntária no Departamento de Cerâmica no Philadelphia Museum of Art e estagiária no Serviço Educativo e Serviço de Voluntariado do Metropolitan Museum of Art em Nova Iorque. Tirou o Curso de Conservadora de Museu no Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga. Nomeada Conservadora dos Palácios e Monumentos Nacionais em 1980, tendo sido Directora do Palácio Nacional da Ajuda durante 33 anos, de 1980 a 2013.
