Isabel Carvalho é uma autora, psicóloga e empresária, que nasceu em Lisboa a 15 de novembro de 1980. Toda a sua vida residiu nos arredores desta linda cidade mas, atualmente vive no Algarve, perto da fronteira espanhola. Pensamentos & Divagações é a sua primeira obra que teve como referência alguns autores de renome internacional, como Louise Hay ou Brian Weiss. Isabel sofre de perturbação afetiva bipolar tipo II e o seu livro foi escrito na íntegra durante fases de hipomania. "Pensamentos e Divagações", é uma obra atual baseada na experiência de vida da autora e que tem por objetivo tocar o leitor e fazê-lo repensar toda a sua existência.
