Nasceu a 26 de novembro de 1943 no concelho de Torres Vedras.
Foi funcionária pública.
É licenciada em Filosofia pela Faculdade de Letras da Universidade Clássica de Lisboa.
Colaborou em jornais regionais; nas revistas Voz do Oriente e Ecos do Oriente; no Dicionário Internacional da Arte, da Literatura e da Cultura Contemporânea da Lusofonia; na Antologia de Poesia Lusófona & Textos Outros em Línguas Outras, Cadernos do Povo/Revista Internacional da Lusofonia, Ponte Vedra; na Aires Córdoba, Asociacion Cultural; no Círculo Nacional d’Arte e Poesia, na Editorial Minerva; na Folheto Edições & Design, Leiria; Sinapis Editores; Portugal Mag, Edições, Paris.
Tem colaborado, com poesia, nas Edições Colibri: Paradigma(s) – Coletânea de poesia e texto poético da Lusofonia (setembro de 2016) e Eclética I (março de 2017), Eclética II (setembro de 2017) e Eclética III (fevereiro de 2018).
