Inês Pádua nasceu no Porto, em 1991. Licenciou-se em Ciências da Nutrição pela Faculdade de Ciências da Nutrição e Alimentação da Universidade do Porto em 2014, instituição onde também se doutorou em Ciências do Consumo Alimentar e Nutrição em 2018, na área da alergia alimentar. Atualmente conjuga a docência na Escola Superior de Saúde do Instituto Politécnico de Leiria com a atividade como investigadora e nutricionista na área clínica e comunitária. É autora do Manual de Alergia Alimentar para a Restauração editado pela Direção Geral da Saúde (2016), sendo igualmente autora de artigos científicos nesta área e presença assídua em conferências nacionais e internacionais.
