Inês Meneses nasceu em 1971. Faz rádio desde os 16 anos e também escreve. É, desde 2004, autora do programa de entrevistas Fala com Ela, primeiro na Radar e atualmente na Antena 1. Também na Antena 1, está, desde 2008, no programa O Amor É, ao lado do psiquiatra Júlio Machado Vaz, com o qual publicou, em 2018, um livro com o mesmo nome. Publicado pela Contraponto tem o Caderno de Encargos Sentimentais, O Coração Ainda Bate, Fala com Ela, Máquina de Escrever Sentimentos e Linhas de Valor Acrescentado. Escreve crónicas no Público online e tem o podcast Cultas e Vinho Verde. Faz parte da equipa fundadora da Futura – Rádio de Autor.
