Natural de Castelo Branco, venceu o prémio Branquinho da Fonseca Expresso/Gulbenkian na modalidade juvenil com o livro Coisas que Acontecem (2018).
Em 2017 foi a única selecionada na categoria de literatura do concurso nacional Jovens Criadores.
No mesmo ano, o seu conto Uma Maçã por Dia foi escolhido para integrar a antologia A Criança Eterna editada pelo Centro de Estudos Mário Cláudio.
Estudou Comunicação, Edição de Texto e Artes da Escrita na Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
Ex-bolseira do Instituto Camões, passou pelo mundo do jornalismo e pelo mercado editorial.
Atualmente mora numa aldeia do interior de Portugal e trabalha como redatora freelancer.
