A sua trajetória como psicólogo clínico abarca várias décadas como divulgador, psicoterapeuta, consultor e conferencista. É autor de várias publicações pioneiras em psicologia, das quais se destacam Amor Zero (2017), Las 5 trampas del amor (2017), Família Zero (2021), Mi jefe es un psicopata (2021) e Liberdade Zero (2024).
