Imiri Sakabashira

Imiri Sakabashira nasceu em Shizuoka em 1964 e desde sempre foi atraído por carros, máquinas, bonecos e kaijus, os monstros de séries e filmes japoneses. Sua arte reflete estes gostos no cenário da era Showa (1926-1989) com casas tradicionais de madeira, bairros labirínticos e outdoors. As suas histórias têm tons de realismo mágico com vários elementos metafísicos e surreais. É um representante da parte mais underground do mundo do mangá, contribuindo nas revistas Ax e Garo.
