Passou por várias multinacionais como gestor de produto, diretor de marketing e diretor geral, cargo que ocupa atualmente na Whirpool Portugal. Iniciou a prática de Karate em 1982, sendo hoje 3º Dan. Desenvolve há anos ações de formação e team building em todo o tipo de organizações, fazendo o transfer dos ensinamentos marciais para o dia-a-dia das empresas.
