Hernán Migoya é escritor, argumentista de comics e cineasta. Como argumentista, é autor de mais de vinte álbuns e novelas gráficas de êxito. Entre outros, obteve o Prémio do Melhor Guionista do Salão Internacional do Comic de Barcelona.
Em novembro de 2017, editou Tatuagem, publicado pela Levoir em 2018, a primeira novela gráfica em que em conjunto com o ilustrador Bertolomé Seguí faz a adaptação dos livros de Manuel Vázquez Montalbán e do seu célebre personagem Pepe Carvalho.
Em setembro de 2019, segue-se A Solidão do Executivo, também editado pela Levoir nas novelas gráficas de 2020.
