Henrique Prata Ribeiro é um médico psiquiatra de Coimbra, onde tirou o curso e jogou rugby. Igualmente formado no Hospital Júlio de Matos, aí se tornou amigo de André Ponte, com quem colaborou em vários projetos, como o livro Urgências Psiquiátricas e um estudo acerca do impacto da COVID-19 na Saúde Mental. Envolveu-se em diversas ações, com vista a garantir direitos e acesso a cuidados aos doentes portugueses, aliando a Psiquiatria à Saúde Pública. É psiquiatra no Hospital Beatriz Ângelo, assistente convidado na Católica Medical School e coordenou a Estrutura para a Saúde Mental dos Açores.
