Helena Silveira

Helena Silveira nasceu a 23 de março de 1992, em Burgães. Aos oito meses de vida, teve a infelicidade de ter um ataque de meningite e ficou portadora de paralisia cerebral.
Quando tinha 16 anos, descobriu o gosto pela poesia. Tinha muito para contar. Para além de se basear na escrita, gosta de estar com os seus amigos e familiares, gosta de estar sozinha no seu canto e deixa-vos aqui dois conselhos:
- independentemente das limitações que temos, nunca devemos desistir de lutar;
- sempre que estiverem tristes, pensem que há sempre alguém pior e que precisa mais de ajuda.
