Helena Amante é escritora e jornalista freelancer. Colabora com a National Geographic, a CNN e a Wallpaper. Escreveu Pequenas resistências: Ideias sobre jornalismo, utopias e amor público (2024) e Absolutamente felizes ao sol, obra vencedora do Prémio Literário e de Estudos Eufrázio Filipe 2023. É doutoranda em sociologia pela Universidade de Lisboa, onde investiga a relação entre literatura e desigualdade.
