Han-Shan

Han-Shan, poeta chinês que viveu provavelmente no século VII. O seu nome está associado ao budismo Chan (Zen em japonês) sendo-lhe atribuídos 311 poemas. Personagem lendária, tornou-se imortal no panteão chinês onde é representado acompanhado do seu amigo Shi-de na efígie de dois rapazinhos a jogar. Traduzido e introduzido no Ocidente nos anos 50 pela beat generation, Han-Shan e os seus poemas influenciaram de forma decisiva a vanguarda americana.
