Helena Moreira nasceu a 28 de fevereiro de 1998, em Almada. É licenciada em Arqueologia, tendo também um curso em Arte Digital.
Em adolescente descobriu a paixão pela leitura e escrita, principalmente pelo género de fantasia, o seu favorito. Tudo começou com histórias escritas e partilhadas na internet.
Durante o secundário escreveu, para um concurso, duas pequenas histórias, terminando nos três primeiros lugares. Em 2016 publicou o seu primeiro livro. E foi em 2018, durante o primeiro ano de faculdade que surgiu a história dos Factor R.
