Gustavo Jesus é médico psiquiatra e diretor clínico do PIN – Partners in Neuroscience. Concluiu o Mestrado Integrado em Medicina na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Lisboa, onde é atualmente Assistente Convidado da Clínica Universitária de Psiquiatria e Psicologia e onde iniciou o Programa Doutoral em Neurociências. Realizou a formação da especialidade de Psiquiatria entre o Hospital Miguel Bombarda e o Hospital Júlio de Matos e trabalhou posteriormente em vários hospitais da Grande Lisboa. Publicou já vários artigos e participou em livros técnicos, tendo-se também envolvido em muitas iniciativas de divulgação das neurociências, aspeto que considera de enorme importância também como forma de mitigação do estigma associado às perturbações mentais.
