Germano Marques da Silva, Doutor em Direito, Professor da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa onde tem regido, especialmente, as disciplinas de Direito Penal, Processo Penal, Direito Penal Económico e Direito Penal Tributário. É coordenador e docente dos cursos de Pós-graduação, nas áreas a que especialmente se dedica, tem também dirigido e participado em Seminários na Faculdade de Ciências Económicas e Empresariais da Universidade Católica, sobre o tema da Responsabilidade dos Gestores.
É professor convidado do Instituto Superior de Ciências Policiais e Segurança Interna, onde é responsável pela lecionação da disciplina de Ética Policial. É Diretor da Faculdade de Direito e Presidente do Gabinete de Estudos da Ordem dos Advogados.
