Dom Gerhard Ludwig Müller (Mogúncia, 31 de dezembro de 1947) é um cardeal, Prefeito da Congregação para Doutrina da Fé, Presidente da Pontifícia Comissão Ecclesia Dei, Presidente da Pontifícia Comissão Bíblica e Presidente da Comissão Teológica Internacional.
Foi ordenado presbítero da Diocese de Mogúncia a 11 de fevereiro de 1978 e nomeado bispo de Regensburg a 1º de outubro de 2002. Deixou a diocese para assumir vários cargos da Cúria Romana com a nomeação a 2 de julho de 2012.
