Gao Wenqian

Gao Wenqian foi o biógrafo oficial de Chu Enlai no Gabinete Central de Investigação e Documentação do Partido Comunista Chinês. Deu o seu contributo para as versões oficiais da Biografia de Mao Tsé-tung e da Biografia de Chu En-lai. Emigrou para os EUA em 1993 e, pouco depois, ingressou como investigador convidado na Universidade de Columbia, tendo colaborado também com o Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars e a Universidade de Harvard. Trabalha actualmente na promoção dos direitos humanos na China e vive com a sua mulher em Queens, Nova Iorque.
