Natural do Porto, é jornalista e escritor, tendo trabalhado nas redações de O Primeiro de Janeiro, Tal&Qual, 24 Horas e Focus, onde foi editor de Política. É autor, entre outros, dos livros de investigação Eu Sei que Você Sabe – Manual de Instruções para Teorias da Conspiração (2003), Estado de Segredos (2010), Camarate – Sá Carneiro e as Armas para o Irão (2012), O Governo Bilderberg (2016) e As Conspirações que Mudaram o Mundo (2022).
