Francisco Silva criou o grupo Paleo Descomplicado, em 2014. Respondendo aos insistentes pedidos dos milhares de membros, saiu da internet e com a Caramelo’s Kitchen, das irmãs Paula e Ana Ruivo, começou a organizar sessões de esclarecimento, tertúlias, showcookings, workshops por todo o país e até junto de comunidades emigrantes (Luxemburgo e Suíça). Os três juntos constituíram, em 2017, a Associação Paleo XXI com o objetivo, entre outros de educar, através de ações várias, a população em geral para as vantagens deste estilo de vida, pelos resultados em termos de saúde, regularização de peso e bem-estar geral.
