Francisco Satiro

Doutor em Direito (2002) e professor de Direito Comercial da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de S. Paulo, desde 2003. É professor no CTLS (Center for Transnational Legal Studies) em Londres e ex-membro do Conselho de Recursos do Sistema Financeiro Nacional (CRSFN). É advogado em São Paulo.
