Francisco Salgueiro nasceu em Lisboa a 29 de junho de 1972.
Depois de ter tirado o Curso de Comunicação Empresarial, participou na criação da Direção de Comunicação da TV Cabo, dedicou-se à autoria e escrita de programas de televisão, na SIC, e à escrita de artigos de opinião para as revistas Notícias Magazine, Máxima, Telecabo e o jornal O Independente.
É um dos fundadores da primeira empresa em Portugal a dedicar-se à produção de conteúdos escritos para TV, Internet e Televisão Interativa.
