Francisco Rodrigues Rocha

Nascido em Lisboa, é formado em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, na qual obteve também os graus de mestre e doutor em Direito. É Professor auxiliar da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa e investigador do Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado, tendo estando igualmente integrado no THD-ULisboa – Centro de Investigação em Teoria e História do Direito. Exerce igualmente a advocacia. Colabora com o Centro de Direito Marítimo e dos Transportes e integra os conselhos diretivos do IDC – Associação para o Estudo do Direito do Consumo, bem como a AIDA Portugal. Foi bolseiro do Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst, investigador convidado na Universität Heidelberg e professor convidado na Università di Trento.
